Delete your data
Use the deletion code from the app to erase the data Deckivra keeps about your install on its servers. You do not need the app open, and you do not need to sign in.
Your data was deleted
The data this code stood for has been removed from Deckivra's servers. Entering the same code again changes nothing. Your subscription, if you have one, is not affected: store billing is separate (see below).
What is deleted
- Your install record and its device key.
- The link between your install and your store purchase, and the stored purchase reference.
- Your usage history.
What stays
- Content reports you sent, for up to 90 days, no longer linked to you.
- A salted, one-way marker that this install existed, for up to a year, so it cannot be registered again. It holds no personal data.
- Your decks. They live on your device only: delete them in the app or remove the app.
- Store billing is separate. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription and does not refund anything. To cancel or change a subscription, open Manage subscriptions in the App Store (your Apple account) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).
Automatic deletion
You do not have to do anything: installs that have not been used for 180 days are deleted automatically, together with the data above.
